SHIPPING POLICY

Fallon Marine operates in Lake Havasu City, AZ and has the ability to ship parts and accessories, including portable engines, anywhere within the United States. We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEX as well as truck and freight companies to meet all your needs.

Shipping cost are responsible by the party that is placing the order and shipping charges will be applied to any invoice at time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

  • Parts purchased must be returned with original receipt within 15 days & will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

  • Shipping on return parts will be charged to customer unless part was ordered by fault of Fallon Marine

  • No electronic parts are returnable.

  • Refunds will only be given in the same form as payment. Credit card number must match original sales ticket.

  • Miscellaneous parts and accessories are only returnable if parts are in unopened packages and are returned within 15 days of purchase with original ticket.

  • If parts are open or past allowed return date, manufacturer of goods will have to be contacted and authorize a return/refund before customer is credited.


Factory Mercury Marine Parts

  • Carry a one year warranty to manufactures defects and will be deemed returnable upon manufactures inspection.

  • Returns will be credited once we receive authorization and confirmation from Mercury.

  • If incorrect part is ordered it must be returned within 15 days and will be charged a 15% restocking fee along with shipping to return items to Mercury.

  • No warranty or returns on Electronic Parts and components
